Netflix (NFLX) is returning to the US high-grade bond market for the first time since its debut two years ago, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing a person with direct knowledge of the matter.

The company is selling notes due 2036, with initial price talk of 0.95 percentage point over Treasuries, the report said, citing the person.
