Dynatrace (DT) is building toward its long-term financial targets as multiple growth and free cash flow margin expansion drivers support a more constructive investment view, Oppenheimer said in a Monday note.

The firm said it expects fiscal Q1 revenue to exceed consensus estimate by about 2%, supported by steady platform consumption, strong momentum in logs and customer engagement. Oppenheimer also expects the company to modestly raise its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance.

Analysts noted Dynatrace's fiscal 2029 Rule-of-50 target is attainable, citing multiple levers for free cash flow margin expansion above 30%.

The firm also said the appointment of two new board members and plans for an Investor Day establish measurable objectives for management amid activist involvement.

Oppenheimer maintained its outperform rating on Dynatrace and raised its price target to $55 from $45.
