Nano Dimension said it has reached a deal with the activist investor Murchinson to overhaul the makeup of its board of directors.
The maker of 3D printing solutions on Monday said that four of its directors have resigned from the board and their positions at Nano. Three directors nominated by Murchinson for a now-cancelled July 31 shareholders meeting have been appointed to the board.
The change-up is part of an agreement that Nano Dimension and the activist shareholder reached Friday, the company said.
In May, Murchinson called for Nano Dimension to hold a special shareholder meeting and provide for new director elections. Nano Dimension said later that month that Murchinson was attempting to gain control of the company by replacing three of the board's five directors.
Murchinson meanwhile claimed that the company's board had pursued a flawed transaction with Infinite Epigenetics and were misallocating corporate resources in a way that would dilute existing shareholders.
