Stocks to Wtach: Karyopharm Therapeutics, Mkdwell, Advanced Biomed

Karyopharm Therapeutics said its CEO will receive more than $1.7 million under a new cash retention program for top executives. Shares fell 21% to $7.50 in after-hours trading on Friday.
MKDWELL agreed to purchase the parent company of smart-home and Internet-of-Things products developer Landvision Technology for an aggregate consideration of $240 million. The stock was up 6% to $11.83 after the bell.
Advanced Biomed terminated a purchase agreement which gave it the right to issue and sell $25 million worth of shares to an investor. Shares were up 35% to $6.80.
