* 中国光模块制造巨头--中际旭创300308.SZ周一早盘一度升8%。

* 香港交易所文件显示，中际旭创H股首次公开发行（IPO）已通过上市聆讯，并向投资者提供了有关其快速增长及与美国相关风险的最新细节，此举使其距离完成香港上市更近一步。

* 该公司在港交所网站披露的聆讯后资料集显示，此次发行股份募资将用于光互连产品研发的持续投入、扩充全球产能以支持产品升级、提升供应链韧性及商业化能力等。

中国证监会当日亦公布中际旭创本次境外发行上市的备案通知书。文件显示，该公司拟发行不超过9,400万股境外上市普通股。（完）
