Nano Dimension has reached a deal to terminate the lease for its current corporate headquarters at the end of the year.
The maker of 3D printing solutions said Friday that the termination is part of the current management team's efforts to cut costs.
The lease was originally entered into by subsidiary MarkForged and was scheduled to expire in 2031.
Nano Dimension said in May that it was selling MarkForged to Stratasys for $42.5 million in cash.
The divestiture is expected to cut its cash burn by about $15 million, including about $7.5 million of annualized lease-related cost savings associated with the headquarters lease, the company said.
