CGS Gets Regulatory Nod for 50 Billion Yuan Bond Issue in China

China Galaxy Securities (HKG:6881, SHA:601881), or CGS, obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to issue up to 50 billion yuan of corporate bonds.

The bonds may be issued publicly to professional investors in multiple tranches over 24 months, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
