Domino's Pizza Enterprises (ASX:DMP) shareholder JPMorgan Chase reduced its stake in the company to 5.4% from 6.4% on July 14, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
JPMorgan now holds about 5.1 million Domino's Pizza shares, down from roughly 6.1 million previously.
Domino's Pizza Enterprises shares gained 3% in recent Friday activity.
