AMR Resources Acquisition Prices $250 Million IPO at $10 a Unit

AMR Resources Acquisition (AMAC) priced its initial public offering of 25 million units at $10 per unit, for a total of $250 million, according to a Thursday statement.

Each unit consists on 1 class A common shares and half of a redeemable warrant, with a whole warrant exercisable for 1 class A share at $11.50, AMR Resources said. The underwriters were granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 3.75 million units at the same IPO price, the company added.

The units are set to start trading on Nasdaq Friday under the ticker "AMACU" and the IPO is expected to close July 20, AMR Resources said.
