YARDLEY, Pa., July 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Smart Sand, Inc. $(SND)$ ("Smart Sand" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors has declared a special cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.10 per share, payable on August 12, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 28, 2026.

"Including this dividend, Smart Sand has returned approximately $12 million to stockholders year to date in 2026 through dividends and share repurchases.
