Meanwhile, waste processed through various specialized facilities only reached 7.59 percent. Entering the third and fourth quarters of 2026, the share of open dumping is targeted to drop to 50.34 percent. At the same time, the deployment of controlled landfills is projected to reach 8.39 percent, while waste processing across various facilities is slated to rise to 20.28 percent.\"By 2027, the target is to process 45.65 percent of all waste.
