Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) appointed Central Chambers Law Corp. to contest a statutory demand from Zico Capital and oppose any winding up proceedings arising from its, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The demand relates to a claim for payment allegedly due to Zico under engagement agreements signed between the two parties.
Earlier, the semiconductor assembly company had received a notice of demand from Zico Capital for a claim for payment of SG$627,709.
