MT Newswires Live07-17

Cadeler (CDLR) said Friday it received Wind Ace, the 11th offshore wind installation vessel in its fleet.

The ship was built at a Chinese shipyard over the past two years without exceeding time or financial estimates, the company said.

The craft will travel to the UK to move and assemble 64 turbines and foundations for the East Anglia TWO energy project starting in 2027, Cadeler said.

Cadeler expects its next ship in this series to arrive in H1 2027, it said.
