PNC Infratech Signs Concession Agreements for INR34.8 Billion Uttar Pradesh Highway Projects

PNC Infratech (NSE:PNCINFRA, BOM:539150) said its special purpose vehicles have signed concession agreements worth 34.83 billion Indian rupees with the National Highways Authority of India for two Hybrid Annuity Mode highway projects in Uttar Pradesh.

The projects involve construction of four-lane highways on the NH-927 section, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday. The first project, awarded to Barabanki Mustafabad Highway, has a cost of 17.3 billion rupees and covers the Barabanki-Mustafabad section.

The second project, awarded to Mustafabad Biswariya Highway, has a cost of 17.6 billion rupees and covers the Mustafabad-Biswariya section.
