TKO Group Holdings (TKO) is expected to post solid Q2 results helped by new media-rights deals, stronger sponsorship and licensing activity, and added revenue from On Location's World Cup business, UBS Securities said Wednesday in a report.

By segment, UFC media-rights revenue is expected to accelerate under the new Paramount agreement, while WWE should post its strongest quarter of the year on WrestleMania and a second Saudi Arabia site fee for Night of Champions, UBS said.

The gains are expected to be partially offset by investment tied to UFC's Freedom 250 event at the White House, the report said.

The IMG business is expected to benefit from work tied to the World Cup and preparations for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, UBS said.

Q2 results are scheduled for Aug. 3.

UBS maintained its buy rating on TKO stock with a $238 price target.
