TS Financial (TPE:2887) unit Shin Kong Life Insurance will redeem its Series 105-1 perpetual cumulative subordinated corporate bonds after obtaining approval from Taiwan's Insurance Bureau.
The company did not disclose the redemption amount or timing in the Friday bourse filing.
