Predictive Discovery (ASX:PDI) plans to change its name to "PDI Gold" and consolidate its capital, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The firm's Australian Securities Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange ticker code "PDI" will remain unchanged, the filing said.
It will seek shareholder approval for the changes at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for Aug. 21.
It plans to consolidate its issued capital through the conversion of every five existing shares into one share. All securities in the firm, including shares, options, warrants, DSUs, and performance rights, will be consolidated on the same basis.
