GF Securities (SHE:000776, HKG:1776) plans to list two series of bonds totalling 6 billion yuan on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, according to a Wednesday bourse disclosure.
The securities company's Hong Kong shares rose 3% during Thursday's morning trade.
The first series comprises fixed-rate bonds totaling 4.20 billion yuan, carrying a 1.50% coupon rate and a 287-day term, maturing on April 29, 2027.
The second series consists of fixed-rate bonds totaling 1.80 billion yuan, with a 1.51% coupon rate and a 357-day term, maturing on July 8, 2027.
