Juroku Financial (TYO:7380) raised its full-year forecast for attributable profit to 30 billion yen from 28 billion yen, while basic earnings per share were adjusted to 169.39 yen from 158.09 yen.

The commercial bank also lifted its ordinary profit forecast for its year ending March 31, 2027 to 44 billion yen from 41 billion yen, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

For the first half, the company raised its profit attributable to owners of the parent forecast to 14.5 billion yen from 13.7 billion yen, with EPS rising to 81.87 yen from 77.35 yen.

Ordinary profit estimates were adjusted to 21 billion yen from 20 billion yen for the six months ending Sept. 30.

The upward revisions were driven by net interest income expected to exceed previous forecasts, primarily at its subsidiary The Juroku Bank.

As a result, the company increased its year-end dividend forecast by 3 yen to 28 yen per share, bringing the total annual dividend to 53 yen per share.
