Grace Fabric Technology's (SHA:603256) closing price deviated by more than 20% across three straight trading sessions from July 16 to July 20, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The E-glass fiber cloth manufacturer's price fluctuation comes as shareholders Sharp Tone slashed its holding by 6.4 million shares while Unicorn Ace reduced its stock by more than 2.3 million shares.

The two shareholders did not trade the company's shares during the period of price fluctuations.
