Kingston Resources Completes Entitlement Offer

Kingston Resources (ASX:KSN) has completed its pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer, securing applications for 104.7 million new shares, with 4 million shares allocated to a nominee for ineligible shareholders and a shortfall of 133.3 million shares remaining, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The offer aimed to raise around AU$8.5 million by issuing up to 241.9 million shares at an issue price of AU$0.035 per share, per the filing.

The company issued all new shares under the entitlement offer, along with top-up shares and new shares allocated to the nominee, on Tuesday, while the shortfall shares will be issued on Friday, the filing added.
