Barclays (BCS) US Consumer Bank and Visa (V) partnered with Samsung Electronics to launch Samsung's first Galaxy-branded credit card, offering cash rewards on everyday purchases, Samsung said Tuesday.
The card offers 5% cash rewards on eligible Samsung purchases, 3% on purchases made through Samsung Wallet, 2% on select streaming services and 1% on all other purchases. Public applications open July 22.
Samsung said the card integrates with Samsung Wallet, is available in virtual and premium metal physical formats, and offers eligible early-access applicants a $200 bonus after meeting spending requirements.
