Wakachiku Construction Secures 7 Billion Yen Borrowing Under Commitment Line

Wakachiku Construction (TYO:1888) signed syndication-type commitment line agreements with 10 banks for a total of 13 billion yen in available commitments.

The company will borrow 7 billion yen on July 24 and repay 5 billion yen of existing loans, with the repayment period set to Aug. 7, according to a Tuesday filing.

The borrowings are unsecured and are being implemented to efficiently raise working capital for the company.
