Shenzhen China Micro Semicon (SHA:688380) expects its net profit attributable to owners in the first half to climb 91% to 165 million yuan from 86.5 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
Operating revenue jumped 44% to 726 million yuan from almost 504 million yuan in the previous year.
The integrated circuit design company attributed the forecast to the growing demand for microcontroller units.
