Tivan Shakes Up Executive Team as CFO Resigns

Tivan (ASX:TVN) overhauled its executive leadership structure, announcing the departure of its CFO, Tammie Dixon, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

As part of the reshuffle, Tivan has formed a new executive team reporting to Executive Chairman Grant Wilson.

Robert Gerrard was appointed chief executive officer (Australia), Brendan Nicol was named chief technical officer, while Ellin Lede retained her role as chief development officer.

Gerrard joined Tivan in April 2026 after serving as senior director of Energy and Resources at Kellogg Brown & Root, while Nicol has worked at Tivan since the change in management in December 2022 and was promoted to technical director last year.
