0911 GMT - Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology is likely to see improved profitability in 2Q, according to Jefferies analysts in a research note. The bank expects the company's vehicle margin to recover to 10.3% in 2Q from 7.0% in 1Q, they say. This is supported by a cleaner product mix, as its D19 model begins to contribute to the sales and A10 model ramps as a volume driver. "While earnings quality remains partly supported by non-vehicle contributions, the quarter should reinforce confidence that vehicle margins are normalising," they note. Jefferies keeps a buy rating, with a target price of HK$70.00. Shares last traded at HK$34.64. (tracy.qu@wsj.com)
