Halliburton (HAL) said Wednesday that it has won a long-term agreement from Kuwait Oil Company to support technology development under the company's Ahmadi Innovation Valley initiative.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The company said it will create a research and development center to support Kuwait Oil Company's brownfield, greenfield and unconventional fields activities.
Halliburton said it will apply data, scientific analysis and artificial intelligence to develop technology programs and engineered services tailored to Kuwait Oil Company's operational needs.
