Gulf Development (BKK:GULF) has established two new subsidiaries in Thailand named Gulf Edge Data Center 03 and Gulf Edge Data Center 04 companies, to develop and operate data centers, according to a Friday filing to the Thai stock exchange.
The new subsidiaries have been incorporated for the development and operation of data center businesses, as well as other related businesses, to support the future growth of the company's digital business.
At present, Gulf Development operates three data center projects.
The company's shares were down over 1% in recent trade.
