Centurion's (SGX:OU8) subsidiary, Westlite Juniper (Mandai), accepted an offer from JTC Corp. to extend the tenancy of premises at 1A Tuas Avenue 2 Dormitory in Singapore, according to a Thursday filing.
Shares of the purpose-built accommodation owner and operator were down over 1% in Friday trading.
The property is one of the quick build dormitories operating under the Westlite Accommodation brand, comprising 1,224 beds.
The lease has been extended for an additional three years, with the option for another three years.
