Puya Semiconductor Shanghai (SHA:688766) forecasted first-half attributable net profit of 825.0 million yuan, surging 1,925% from 40.7 million yuan the previous year.
Operating revenue is expected to rise 336% year over year to 3.95 billion yuan from 906.7 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The growth is fueled by surging artificial intelligence infrastructure demand that drove memory chip prices higher as well as expanding company product penetration.
Shares of the semiconductor device producer were down 4% in morning trade.
