Nvidia (NVDA) said Thursday it is partnering with the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology to open a joint artificial intelligence research facility in Seoul.
The $300 million collaboration goes for five years in the beginning and includes $50 million annually in computing resources from local cloud partners, the company said.
The laboratory will focus on building agentic AI systems and optimizing Nvidia Nemotron open models for the Korean language and local industries, Nvidia said.
