CITIC Securities (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) indirect subsidiary CSI MTN issued $5 million in debt securities under its medium-term note program, according to a Friday disclosure to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Shares fell 3% in Hong Kong during morning trading on Friday.
