China Southern Power Grid Energy Storage's (SHA:600995) net profit attributable to shareholders for the first half jumped 40% to 1.17 billion yuan from 832.4 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
Earnings per share climbed 42% year on year to 0.37 yuan from 0.26 yuan.
Total operating revenue rose 25% to 4.12 billion yuan from 3.30 billion yuan in the previous year.
