Shenzhen Expressway (SHA:600548, HKG:0548) issued medium-term bonds worth 1 billion yuan, the company's phase II issuance of such bonds, according to a Hong Kong disclosure on Wednesday.
The bond has an interest rate of 1.55% and a term of three years, maturing July 21, 2029.
China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968) is the bookrunner and the lead underwriter of the issuance. Agricultural Bank of China (SHA:601288, HKG:1288) is also a lead underwriter.
