GF Securities to Delist 6 Billion Yuan Worth of Bonds Upon Redemption

GF Securities (SHE:000776, HKG:1776) plans to delist two tranches of bonds amounting to 6 billion yuan upon redemption, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.

The Chinese securities company's Hong Kong shares rose 1%, while Shenzhen shares slipped 1% during Wednesday's morning trade.

The first bond amounts to 4.50 billion yuan, has a 3.45% coupon rate, and a term of five years. The second bond is worth 1.50 billion yuan, has a 3.77% coupon rate and a 10-year term.

The company will pay the interest and full principal amount of the first tranche, and will pay the interest accrued on the second tranche, which was supposedly to mature in 2031, on Thursday, July 23.
