Marriott International (MAR) targets to open its high-end Ritz-Carlton and Westin hotels in Kathmandu, Nepal by 2031, Nikkei Asia reported Wednesday.
The company signed the deals for the hotels with CG Hospitality in May, during Marriott International Chairman David Marriott's visit to the country, the news outlet said. Each hotel will house 150 rooms, the report added, without disclosing financial details.
Marriott International did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for a comment.
