Bragg Gaming Names Matt Davey as Chair; Completes Acquisition of Drayton International

Bragg Gaming (BRAG) has named Matt Davey as non-executive chairman of the board, effective as of the closing of its $9 million all-share acquisition of Drayton International, the company said Wednesday.

Davey succeeds Holly Gagnon, who is stepping down as chair while continuing to serve as a director.

Davey is a gaming entrepreneur and founder and chairman of Tekkorp Capital, a gaming-oriented investment fund, the company said.

Davey, through Tekkorp Capital, holds around 10.1% of the combined company, the company said.
