Beijing Yunji Technology (HKG:2670) said the China Securities Regulatory Commission has issued a filing notice for its Hong Kong share full circulation application, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.
The filing covers the conversion of 7.2 million unlisted domestic shares into H shares. The filing notice will remain valid for 12 months.
The company said the conversion and listing remain subject to further procedures and approvals from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other relevant regulators.
