Royal Kpn's Service Revenue Guidance Downgrade Doesn't Help

Dow Jones07-22 16:37

0837 GMT - Royal KPN's cut to full-year service revenue guidance is unhelpful, Bernstein analysts write in a note. The Dutch telecommunications company now expects 2026 group service revenue growth of around 1.5% from 2% to 2.5% previously. The downgrade reflects weak first-half service revenue results, they say. Nonetheless, the company maintained its guidance for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization after leases and free cash flow, they note. Shares are down 0.8% at 4.22 euros.( najat.kantouar@wsj.com)
