China Minsheng Banking (SHA:600016, HKG:1988) raised 15 billion yuan from issuing green bonds with a three-year term and a coupon rate of 1.50%.
Proceeds will finance green industry projects, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the lender were down 1% in recent trade.
