Dover (DOV) has agreed to acquire Cloeren, a manufacturer of extrusion T-dies and feedblocks for polymer and plastics applications, the company said Tuesday.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cloeren will join the MAAG business unit within Dover's Pumps & Process Solutions segment, Dover said.
The deal is expected to close in Q3, Dover said.
