Ensign Group Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Lifts 2026 Outlook

Ensign Group (ENSG) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Monday of $1.92 per share, up from $1.59 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.85.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.44 billion, compared with $1.23 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $1.44 billion.

For 2026, the company said it now expects earnings of $7.75 to $7.85 per diluted share, up from its prior guidance of $7.48 to $7.62. Analysts are looking for $7.56.

Revenue for the full year is expected in the range of $5.87 billion to $5.92 billion, up from its earlier guidance of $5.81 billion to $5.86 billion. Analysts are forecasting $5.84 billion.

Shares of the company were up 1.7% in Monday premarket activity.
