MT Newswires Live07-28

Curium is in advanced talks to acquire Lantheus Holdings Inc (LNTH) in a deal valued at about $7 billion, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The CapVest-backed company is discussing an offer of about $102 per share in cash plus $12.50 per share in contingent value rights, which would value Lantheus at about $8 billion including the contingent payments, according to the report.

Lantheus and Curium did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
