Santana Minerals Identifies Further High-Grade Gold Mineralization at New Zealand Project, Shares Up 5%

Santana Minerals (ASX:SMI) identified further high-grade gold mineralization at the Rise and Shine deposit of its Bendigo-Ophir gold project in New Zealand, according to Monday filings with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The results were up to 24.4 meters at 10.9 grams per tonne gold from 165.7 meters, with a true width of 20.2 meters, the filing added.

Santana's ASX shares rose 5% in recent Monday trade, while its New Zealand shares rose 3%.
