CTBC Financial's (TPE:2891) subsidiary, CTBC Investments, elected Yu-Wei Fan as its vice chairman of its 11th board of directors, effective Sunday, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
Fan has previously served as the senior executive vice president of Deloitte & Touche Strategy and Financial Advisory.
