Nvidia (NVDA) has certified LG Electronics' 600-kilowatt coolant distribution unit for artificial intelligence factory infrastructure, LG said Monday.
The certification followed testing against more than 100 technical criteria covering cooling performance, reliability and failover capabilities for high-density AI Factories, the company said.
LG said it plans to seek NVIDIA certification for additional coolant distribution units with capacities of 1 megawatt, 2.5 megawatts and 4 megawatts as it expands its AI infrastructure business.
