Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $977.9 million, up from $625.2 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $873.2 million.
For Q3, the company expects adjusted EBITDA of $180 million.
The company now expects full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $690 million to $710 million, inclusive of expected contributions from the Micromax and EFC acquisitions.
