Frasers Centrepoint Trust's (SGX:J69U) committed occupancy across its retail portfolio slipped to 99.6% in the third quarter ended June 30 from 99.9% a year ago, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The figure excludes Hougang Mall and Nex due to ongoing asset enhancement initiatives.
Shopper traffic across its retail portfolio for the June quarter rose 2.4% year on year, while tenants' sales inched up 0.2% year on year.
