Waste Connections (WCN) plans to offer two series of Canadian dollar-denominated senior notes due in 2033 and 2036.
The senior unsecured notes will be offered in an underwritten public offering in the US and through private placements in each Canadian province, the company said Monday in a statement.
Waste Connections said net proceeds, along with cash on hand, will be used to repay a portion of Canadian-dollar borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
