Acesian Partners Expects to Swing to Profit in H1; Shares Jump 9%

Acesian Partners (SGX:5FW) expects to return to profitability in the first half of 2026 ended June 30, on the back of a "significant increase" in revenue, according to a Friday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.

The company's shares were up over 9% in early trade on Monday.

The steel duct manufacturer has forecast a return to profitability with a small profit before tax for H1, compared to a net loss for the same period a year ago.

The rise in revenue is attributable to the increased order intake, due to higher demand. Meanwhile, the expected profit before tax is driven by the increase in revenue, a higher gross profit margin, increased other operating income, and lower administrative and other operating expenses, the company said.

The company's financial results will be released by Aug. 14.
